A listening service is not counselling, we don’t give advice and we don’t ask questions about what is shared by the speaker. We don’t judge and we don’t interrupt. However we do offer a space for people to speak about anything that is on their mind with a trained listener.

Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, anonymous text support service. You can text us from wherever you are in the UK.

If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, our trained Shout Volunteers are here for you, day or night.
